Some notes:

We are working on coming up with some seasonal "standards", sort of rite of passage workouts for guys to complete. We will make achieving specific standards a badge of honor within the community. This will help bolster the developing brotherhood and help us develop the culture of this new experiment known as Algiz Black.

40 min w/ 25% bodyweight on back

*Nose breathing only

*Let demand for oxygen dictate pace

*Does not need to be rough terrain. Go as fast as you can WITHOUT mouth breathing. If you catch yourself, slow down. This is meant to be RESTORATIVE, not soul crushing.
