A) Seated Box Jump
B) Banded Box Squat
*50-60% of 1rm back squat. Use light bands. If no bands available, use 70% of 1rm and focus on SPEED off the box.
C) Landmine Reverse Lunge
4x8 ea leg demo
D) Deficit Romanian Deadlift
*Nice and light, get a big hamstring stretch!
E) Single-leg Leg Extension
4x15 ea leg demo
*get FULL extension, pause for 1 second at the top, then a controlled descent.
F) Neck Flexion
1. Take a cold shower first thing upon waking.
