Do you find it difficult to train in the winter months? Many guys suffer from decreased motivation with extended cold and gloomy weather, especially those of you up north. Your best bet is to stay as active as possible. You can still catch UV rays and get that Vitamin D going enough to keep you from falling off. Make sure you prioritize it this winter, as much as you might not want to.
