A lot of guys like glycine before sleeping and say it's a game changer for them. Some of us, however, actually have the opposite reaction to glycine and it acts as a mild stimulant for us and makes it tough to sleep. Either way, it's worth a shot:
Melatonin: NOT recommended as it creates a negative feedback loop with endogenous melatonin production.
