A1) Plyo Push-up To Plate
A2) Dumbbell Goblet Squat Jump
A3) Plank Shoulder Tap
3x10 (5 ea side) demo
B1) Spoto Press
5x5 @ 75% of 1rm Bench Press demo
B2) Dumbbell Straight Arm Pull
*Go lighter and use a band under your feet if you have one for explosive reps.
C1) Decline Push-up
C2) Pendlay Row
D1) Dumbbell Front Raise
4x10 w/ 1-sec hold @ the top demo
D2) Plate Pinch Press
4x15 w/ 1-sec hold @ the top demo
